You can only contact Katelyn initially by email. She get's back with you promptly. She will let you know what days she will be in what area, usually SFV or LAX. Katelyn is usually only around for 3 or 4 days during the week so this may or may not be an issue for you. For Katelyn and I it was a bit of a trial to finally get together with her. My schedule changes all the time so it can be difficult for me to be 100% sure I'll be avail., say a week or so from now. And as it was, this was a problem for us because it seemed like every time we set an appointment my schedule would change and I had to cancel with a whole lot of "I'm sorry", apologies. At one point Katelyn said I'll give you one last time and if you cancel on me we are done. So, I made absolutely solid arrangements in my schedule to be free on this day and at this time and even with that it almost didn't happen, but it did, FINALLY. Needless to say, this did create a bit of an unsure attitude on both our parts on what to expect. And we did spend a little more time than we normally would have, I imagine, warming up to one another. Soon, we were comfortable and we got started.
