I decided to take a 1/2 day off. To celebrate my time off, I decided to see Hollie. When I got there she was sorting out a personal issue on the phone. She wrote on a piece of paper that my time would not start until she got off the phone. I was fine with it. Sometimes it can be easy to forget that these providers are real people with their own real issues. She got off the phone and apologized. As always with these providers, YMMV. Let me move on the details. I recommend.
