Saw Jessica would be visiting Grand Rapids from Sag/Midland area and contacted her by phone. Very easy to set up appointment. After a minor glitch over location, we met a bit late, but not her fault. Contacted via e-mail as she was travelling in my area. Set appointment and arranged for me to call when I got to hotel. Mixup with front desk so a bit (30mins) late, but communication was very good, lateness was not her fault, and she handled professionally.
