Was traveling to California and after doing research, landed on this agency. Screening was thorough but easy, and communication with the scheduler was excellent, they even accommodated a same day time change (due to late arriving flight). Her location was nice and convenient, and I was pleased when she opened the door and let me into the room. Took care of the donation, then off to bathroom for bt and shower.
