I reached Jenna the day before I was to meet her to verify that she would be in the area. I was lucky to reach her phone (as her vm is always full). She indicated that the best way to reach her is usually via email. Verification was easy and the appt was set. The day of the appt. she sent me the meeting location and when I arrived the room.
