I have seen phoebe a couple of times....She is so nice and lovely person. She could be a good friend to have coffee with and just chat. Very personable and classy. She is more lovely and hot than what her picture tells. If you get hold of her... you are certain to enjoy your time with her. Seems busy. Not so discreet place. But you will enjoy your time with her. Give her a call, you are bound to repeat...lol
