Setting up the appointment was very easy through the Preferred411 website. Confirmation text and address was sent with room number texted at arrival. There was a small hiccup at the appointment time as I was unable to get the room number on time. She more than made up for it by extending extra time at the end of the session. Her place was clean and easy to find. She greeted me with a warm smile and hug. As this was only my second time in this hobby she was able to quickly put me at ease.
