Erica sounded very nice on the phone - she has perfect english. Scheduling was a little more complicated than usual but nothing to bad. Just a little confusion - on which corner to meet. She actually went downstairs to meet me (and to walk her puppy). Anyway, once we got to her place (which is nice and clean), we took care of organizational stuff and she told me to get comfortable...
