This is my second review of Kim and the first time I have reviewed a provider a second time. The primary reason I am giving this second review is that after several prior meetings with Kim, I was stood up twice by her. In this business, I might normally say if I am stood up once, it will never happen again because I would move on to others. But she offered a reason that seemed legit having to do with an emergency at her other work. Unfortunately I had made the trip, waited, buzzed her, waited, called her, waited some more, and eventually (a little before the session would have been up and I was on the road) she sent a text saying what happened and apologized.
So a month or two later I had the itch to see Kim again, so called her a day or two ahead and with texts back and forth thought we had set an appointment for midday. Again I arrived a few minutes early, buzzed her door, waited, then called on my cell, left message, waited, called again answering this time and said we could not meet as the electricity was out! Really! I said she could feel around in the dark! Her phone went dead (I think she just clicked off). I called again, this time, no answer, I left message, waited, no response from her, so took off. I thought, what a fool I am; stood up once and I let her do it again. I had pretty much decided to move on, but after several more weeks, I again had the itch, so called again, she did not pick up, but I said I would call back in 15 minutes, which I did and she picked up and she quickly apologized for the last time (no mention of the first time), but I took it as sincere and she seemed as friendly as before so I went for it. The second time, I think she had scheduled someone else before I confirmed our time, but she did not get back to me to say the time we had discussed was no longer available. Due to the time lag, I can see how this may have happened.
As I am a baseball fan, so guess my "3 strikes and you are out" was a good philosophy with her. I still would not have given most any other provider this much benefit of the doubt, but glad I did this time.
