Physical location easy to find once you pinpoint with gps. Gives you a warm greeting at the backdoor and leads you into the basement, which is clean and well kept. Will ask you to sit on the couch and make yourself comfortable as you both engage in small talk and hash out the details of your session. Very professional, yet laid back.
