Lucy is a wonderful young woman, super-friendly from the first text through the goodbye hug. It was easy to set up an appointment for the same day. The location is hassle-free in a quiet, centrally located office building with no doorman. The small room she rents is pretty bare-bones - just a massage table and a CD player with soft music, but the experience is so good that you don't really notice those limitations. Altogether this was a very nice experience that I definitely plan to repeat.
