Emailed Hannabeth with my references and she emailed back that everything was ready to go and to contact her when I got to town. We made arrangements to meet at my hotel at 6pm. When she did not arrive on time, I called her and she responded back apologetic for the delay. She promised she would be right there and showed up at the door a few minutes later. VIP's read on.
