Making arrangements via Email was relatively straight forward. Judging from reviews it appeared to be a good choice as there were not a lot of choices for the area. As it turns out, she did not meet my expectations and afterwards I was a bit confused based on the relatively high marks given by past reviews. My only explanation is that the scores are reflective of the local region and either I've been spoiled or the locals have no idea what is beyond the city limits of Pittsburgh.
