My appointment with another provider was cancelled so I took a long shot and emailed Sasha to see if I could see her that evening. Sasha was super-responsive, verification was simple, and she was able to see me almost within the hour. Clear instructions to a low-key apartment, and a beautiful woman opened the door in a form-fitting dress.
