I contacted Ashley via her email address listed in her website. She emailed back within three hours which I found extraordinary from a hobbyist's point of view. I set up a 1.5 hour appointment for three days hence. She gave me directions to her Notell near IAH airport and asked that I call when I got there. I arrived before she did, but that wasn't a problem for me (ergo others' comments about her being tardy from time to time..guess I'm more patient..). She showed, got the room, then called me to tell me which room....
