I joined her mailing list during the summer to notify me when April would be back in L.A. area. Sure enough, I received an auto-generated email informing me April would be in my area the following week. Filled out contact form on her website and was in contact via email with her assistant, Vivian. On day of appointment, got an email stating April was behind on her travel schedule so her assistant asked me if I could push appointment to later in evening. If this was any other provider, I would have called it off and re-scheduled for another time. However, based on her many pics on website and the tons of positive reviews, I let her assistant know that an evening start-time would be fine. When I got to front of 3-star hotel, I called Vivian to let her know I was here. She called me back a few minutes later to give me room number and away I go.
