2 way communication. Very simple and easy. Made the appointment the day of and paid/chose services after seeing her in person. She's quite older than what others have said. A good sport and will try to please you. However, I would not repeat because of the lack of attraction to her. Otherwise, she can deliver her services perfectly fine.
