I called Rachel a couple of times and always got a response, but schedules took a little to coordinate. For this session, I requested a 12 hour notice and she worked hard to accomodate. She had a little schedule adjusting to do but communicated well and established a reasonable expectation of what she would be able to do time wise. She called a couple of times with progress reports. True to her other reviews however she did arrive later than expected, but I did not plan to need promptness and it was o.k. Could have been problematic if I had other things to schedule around. She arrived, we got acquainted with a glass of wine on the balcony and had a cigarette. We moved inside and she hovered over me. . . .
