Chloe works with several other girls who specialize in submissive BDSM with a FS kicker. They are somehow affiliated with Sexy Little Submissive Kat, who seems to be the one that responds to emails and screens new clients. The set up was relatively painless. I filled out an online questionnaire and received a prompt response telling me that I had been approved. If you do not have a TER ID, you will have to provide two references, which Kat does contact. The questionnaire is helpful, because it gives Chloe an idea of what you're into and allows her to bring any necessary props such as handcuffs and clothes pins, for example. Our meeting was at a decent, but very clean, apartment in midtown on the west side. In general, Chloe is very, very pretty, especially her large, luminous, light brown eyes. For this type of service, I think it's fair to say that performance matters more than looks, and in that department, she's amazing.
