Ophelia was easy to communicate with and was flexible to work around some scheduling challenges. We met in the lobby of my hotel and then went up. I reached out well in advance through p411 and Brand was responsive and easy to communicate with. As we got closer to the time switched to text and made specific plans. Brand was easy going, communicative and flexible in planning which i really appreciated. By the time we met I was really looking forward to seeing her.
