Saw Phoebe years ago and wasn’t quite my cup of tea. Saw her again recently and WOW. So hot. Obviously take away the surgery, lighting and make-up and she wouldn’t be as hot as my rating. But the views presented to my eyes were of a Playboy Playmate/upper tier porn model.
