Sabrina's P411 profile said she was newbie friendly which I needed as I have seen providers to infrequently over the years and had no references I could provide beside my P411 verification. Sabrina's personal website is well laid out and made it easy to put in a new client appointment request referencing my P411 ID. She replied by email promptly and we set up an appointment for a few days later. On the day of the appointment, she was delayed getting into town but gave me plenty of warning and suggested we push it back an hour and provided me the name of the upscale hotel in downtown Boston so I could plan my travels in from the 'burbs.
