Sorry for the late review but I really wanted to think about my time with Ms. Monroe before I posted... I was in SA for work and I looked on TER for local reviews. Golden Monroe was given some very good reviews here. Called and left a message - got a returned phone call the next day. We settled on appointment for the following afternoon. I called to confirm an hour beforehand as she had requested and she told me that she had me down for an hour later - I should have cancelled right then but... waited another hour and called again - she hadn't gotten to her hotel yet and she said that she needed another hour to get ready. 2 hours after original appointment time, I got to her hotel room, knocked and she opened the door...
