Requested appt. with Caitlyn via her website reservation form (recommended). She responded quickly and we made arrangements to meet at a hotel incall location in Sunnyvale. OK, long story short, there were a number of things that went wrong with this meeting (not all were her fault), but just as I was pondering how to compose a review, she called to apologize and said she wanted to 'make it right' and offered me another appt. I was truly stunned and pleasantly surprised by her follow-up and customer service, and anxiously awaited our next meeting! Quick summary is that she's a terrific provider and I will repeat!...details to follow.
