Emailed Dedra and received very quick response. Was going to be in town for business meeting and had read her reviews and was very interested. Provided references and was able to schedule without any problems. On the day of the appointment she ended up being about 2 hours late. Not her fault and she kept in contact during the entire time keeping me informed of her progress. When she arrived I was very pleased with what I saw.
