After reading all the reviews, emailed and called Jessy to set up an appointment. She responded promptly by email and was easy to get on the phone, with a great phone manner -- very comfortable, easy to talk to. Good directions, easy to reach location in Chinatown, Manhattan. Somewhat of an ordeal to get into the dungeon (bring your ID!), but super-clean and professional and nice inside. May be the best BDSM shop I've ever seen in the USA.
