I made an appointment with a well-respected agency. When I called to obtain location instructions I was informed that my Provider was unaccounted for. They offered Bridgette as an alternative. I was off for the afternoon, in the area and anticipating something special. I accepted reluctantly thinking that taking a pick up appointment with an alternate might not be the best, but I concluded it would beat no appointment.
