the communication started the night before. She was extremely responsive over both email and text, answered questions quickly, and made setting up a morning appointment effortless. First impressions matter, and she made the entire process feel comfortable from the start. The next morning, she ran into some unexpected car trouble and was running a little behind schedule. What stood out was how communicative she remained the entire time. There was no wondering what was happening or whether the appointment was still on.
