My first time leaving a review for a provider. I spent way too much time reading reviews beforehand and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. Thankfully, Jazz made the whole experience easy from the moment we met. What really stood out was her personality. From the moment we met, she was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. There was none of the awkwardness I would have expected. Everything flowed naturally, and she seemed genuinely interested in making me feel comfortable rather than simply watching the clock.
