very easy to contact. Actually most the contact was via text. Set it up the day before and in the morning I was on my way. I texted when I arrived and was told to wait just a bit to cleaning people were done. I then received a text with room number. I walked to the door and as I was about to know the door opened. Was not the girl in the pics but if you have read reviews we all know that. Just a sweetheart guys. Will go the extra mile. Worth a try guys. I will repeat if in the area
