Brittany was very tired and it showed. She'd taken a 5 am flight so the problem may have been an agency related matter. But I am not laying blame just giving facts. I had a 2:30 appt and she told me she'd been very busy. So busy as it turned out she only had 1 cover left. Not what you expect at this level on the food chain. Well cover issues arose and Brittany seems a little new to the biz in unexpected ways.
