Mistress J is very accessible, very welcoming, and also very chatty. She has a well-equipped dungeon with all sorts of gear. The grandma thing is exactly right; she looks and acts much older. Her location is in a pretty decent part of town for sure, and feels safe. Non-VIP's, it was an experience but I would not repeat
