Milla uses a assistant who contacted me by phone around one hour before the appointment to reconfirm. Milla will then email the location and then upon arrival the room number. Nice location with ample parking. Due to a series of difficulties my appointment ended up around one hour later than I expected but I'm retired and had little to worry about. Milla was very apologetic but as I was to be her first at a new location, there were front desk problems and Northern Virginia is known for its traffic problems. I highly recommend!
