Typical two call system after a text. VERY VERY nice. She is super chipper and welcoming, which is nice for a new guy in the hobby. Will repeat soon.

Texted first, which was responded to, letting me know that she WAS available, but to call to book appointment. After the call, she was weary to take on someone she didn't know, but asked my name, occupation, etc. Booked a same day appt and was pleased with my experience.
