I saw Rachel's reviews on TER and they were mostly good. I txt her to see if she was doing incalll, she was not so I invited her to my Hotel in Clearwater. She drove over which was a bit of a drive for her. Really glad she came over. She is txt friendly and does a reference check but since I am a TER member for quite sometime it helped ease the jitters of a first time visit.
