Joon was really sweet. I called her to schedule an appointment at 6:30 and she was available by 8. We met in a nice hotel in Manhattan. When I arrived, I texted and she called me up to her room. Cannot stress enough how friendly and charming she was. The exchange was incredible. She was highly skilled, giving, funny, and really energetic.
