This was my second time using this agency. My first time went perfectly but this time I have to say I'm very disappointed and completely underwhelmed. I see the other positive reviews for Fiona and I can't help but feel even more disappointed because it seems like she's a great provider normally but she wasn't into me. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and I got the room number and up to the room with no issues. I had a 9am appointment and knocked on the door a couple minutes past 9. Expected a total knockout to answer the door and was let down to see it looked like she just rolled out of bed. No makeup, hair a total mess and wearing a not so flattering dress Fiona greeted me very unenthusiastically. I went for a hug and she kind of half leaned against me with her arms glued to her side making for a very cold and uncomfortable hug. Not a great start. She asked if I wanted to shower, I said no thanks as I showered right before I left since I had to be at work after the appointment anyway. She complained about how early it was as I dropped my gift on the table which was the only conversation we had the entire time. Then she excused herself to the bathroom and proceeded to take 15 more minutes getting ready. Now it's past 9:15 for my 9 am appointment and still no makeup and she just pulled her hair back in a messy bun that didn't do much to make her look any better. The rest of the appointment did not get any better. Non-VIP's I will not be repeating with Fiona but may still repeat with the agency since my first visit was much better. VIP's read on..
