I was going to be in SLC for a night and contacted Giuliana for her availability the week before. She responded promptly and we set a day and time for the following week. I unfortunately had to cancel a few days before the appointment due to some outstanding circumstances and she was very understanding and told me to let her know if things changed. Lucky for me they did and our meeting was back on. Giuliana's communication was very good and she was on time and looked great when she came through the door. She is a mature lady which I prefer.
