Booked the service with BAC via P411 and exchanged several texts since I am a newbie. Constance on the other end was very helpful. Two text booking process -- first confirming hotel, then letting me know the room at the scheduled time. Maria is a sweet lady who is eager to stimulate your senses...I would recommend her.
