I called Chantel on Wednesday and she answered. I told her I was new to the hobby. She was very warm and friendly on the phone. We setup and appointment for 11:15. I took a shower this morning round 9:30 and I get an email on my Blackberry with Chantel saying that she had a cancellation and I could come early if I wanted.
