I missed all of the key signs to recognize that this was a scam. And my guess is that most of the no review sites in Aspen do this. She asked me to pay a deposit by cashapp and she would come to my location. I made the deposit and then received a text message saying the payment was being refunded. She told me she had a limit on what she could receive and asked me to send her the deposit in smaller increments. She also asked me to try sending the paymenr to another address. After sending over $1000 I finally got the joke and refused to send any more money. I showed her a picture of cash sitting on my dresser that I could give her as she arrived. I refused to send any more money. That’s when she offered to take the drive to me. Supposedly halfway through the drive she says she really felt like she needed the entire amount Upfront. I should know better…but didn’t. If something seems even a little shady….it is.
