Nicole (what she goes by now) is like the hot friend who fucked her way to the top but never became pretentious. If anything, she’s more exciting now. Simple set up. Told the doctor I was overdue for a check up. It’s tough to schedule with her but once my insurance was approved I made my way over. She works out of a former clinic it seems, and she opened the door wearing a lab coat with lingerie underneath.
