Called Nia after 2 other planned providers flaked out. Always hesitant about using CL but as many of you know, desperate times call for desperate measures. Nia told me how long it would take her, and she arrived on time; while also calling twice during her travel to keep me updated on her progress. She arrived at hotel and the pictures were a good match. Took her up to the room....
