Communication was fast and clear, without any hassle (through emails). Arrived at the location and then was given the building and room number. Nana greeted me with a big smile and cheerful voice. She was a pretty, maybe mid- to late-20s Japanese girl. Overall, I had a great time and I also enjoyed our conversation although her English was limited (she uses a voice translator device).
