Set up was easy but directions at the time were a little bit of a pain. She is tiny and cute but her English is not good and she's very shy. She lacked enthusiasm and I definitely wouldn't return.

Easy set up with usual screening. She's more responsive on the phone than most. She's nice and interesting to talk to, looks better in person than her pictures and is skillful when the actions starts.
