Decided early, after I saw her add in the TER regional discussion board that I wanted to see her. So I called her in the beginning of the week and I booked her for Friday. She did ask for references. By Friday, I was starting to get messages from Selma that my references hadn't got back to her. What am I suppose to do? We talked during the day. I thought after speaking to her we were good for the evening? I planned an elaborate dinner and we had an agreed time. Thirty minutes before our appointment, I get a text that she was canceling. I never had this before. I was very disappointed. I requested that she call me to discuss. She acquiesced and called me. We talked and she was unhappy with the lack of timeliness of responses from my references. Oy Vey! I figured, Oh Well. Then she text me that she will see me tomorrow at her place, if I would like. Maybe I am crazy, but it made me more determined! So now we were on for the next day! Fyi, if you are new or don't have references, don't waste your time! After place hopping we finally locked it down to a hotel in Irvine! Cool, I thought! I get to the hotel, and after waiting in the lobby/pool area for 15 to 20 minutes, she invites me up to the room. She greets me and she is very sweet. But she also has a friend there that is going to stay in the bathroom, just in case? Go figure!
