BREAKING NEWS - There has been a confirmed unicorn sighting...and her name is Brandi Love! This review is over two weeks late because I have been recovering from what was, without a doubt, one of the most incredible experiences I have EVER had in my entire life!!!!!!!! I have long been one of Brandi's biggest fans, but never imagined that I would ever have the opportunity to actually meet her, let alone privately. When I learned that it might be possible, it became Item #1 on my bucket list. When she last visited the Midwest over a year ago, I missed out on a chance to meet her and had been kicking myself ever since. Fortunately for me, sometimes lightning does strike twice and FANTASTIC things happen to those who wait...and I SWORE that I wouldn't allow another I discovered that Brandi was scheduled to feature at an Ohio club a few hours away from me and saw this as my chance. All arrangements had to be made through Brandi's assistant - a process that could have been easier; but trust me, this was a minor inconvenience and a VERY small price to pay for what was to come. Due to horrible traffic, road construction, and bad weather, it took longer to reach my destination than anticipated...but despite being late, Brandi couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. How often in a lifetime does one get to meet an Icon? When I found out that the one an only Janine was finally available, I knew it would be just a matter of time. Although I admire the beauty of body art, I'm not a big tat guy, so I'm more of a fan of the old school Janine - before all the ink; however this IS Janine we're talking about, so for such a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, I was MORE THAN WILLING to make an exception. After easily making the arrangements through Pamela Peaks, I prepared to make the 5 hour drive to Chicago for my date with destiny! I arrived at her hotel and she opened the door and I realized that I was standing in the presence of greatness. VIP's - more to follow...

Layton was appearing at Exxxotica Chicago last weekend, so I jumped at the chance to meet her. She is a breathtakingly beautiful woman - and even more beautiful in person! She's also incredibly intelligent and sweet and really, really down-to-earth! I told her, in all sincerity, that she could/should be a contract girl for Wicked or Vivid. I bought the three-day VIP pass (highly recommended) and spent a lot of time at her signing booth. This worked to my advantage and we developed a wonderful rapport which carried over into drinks at the hotel bar where we were staying....and eventually, to us arranging a private meeting. in her hotel room. Having been a big fan of Sara Jay since she first "came" on the porn scene, I've long hoped that she would one day make a visit to Detroit. I saw that she was going to appear at one of our local gentlemens' establishments, and got very excited that my prayers had finally been answered! Adding to the heightened excitement and anticipation I was feeling is the fact that my birthday is this month, so I thought, "What better present could I give myself than this?" Since she's also a very well-known and well-reviewed SP, I was admittedly also more than a little curious to see if she could possibly live up to her reputation. Man, let me tell you.....this woman's rep is EXTREMELY well-earned - and then some!!!! She not only met - but far exceeded - my every expectation and is infinitely better than advertised. Her travel schedule is posted on her website and arrangements can be made through her very professional assistant Rhonda. In the days leading up to our meeting, Rhonda and I traded several emails and phone calls. In spite of her hectic dance schedule at the club and other planned engagements, she was always very responsive which I appreciated. I planned for Sunday afternoon, and when the day finally came, I could barely contain myself. I arrived at the hotel, only a couple of minutes later than our appointment time, and called Rhonda to let her know I was there and to get her room number. She said she would call Sara to make sure she was ready and then call me back with the info. No if I have any complaints to report at all, it would be that it took another 25 minutes to get a callback. Needless to say, I was a little irritated, but believe me when I tell you that Sara more than made up for any inconvenience that I may have felt!
