We've all seen reviews for outstanding providers that are unfortunately geographically unrealistic. This was my dilemma with Adriana. She's a smoking Italian woman based out of Miami so I had seriously considered taking a trip to the East Coast just to meet this delicious woman. However, I'm cruising around the net and I see the Holy Grail of Ads: Adriana is coming to LA!
