Kelly and I had e-mailed each other a few times prior to my trip to Arizona. We talked on the phone after that because I wanted to hear her voice and see if she was as friendly as other reviewers had said. This is a super lady who likes to be treated well and who treats you well. She's not a bombshell or some tightbody, but she knows how to please you.
