So first review so please bare with me - Chloe is great. I texted her when I was flying in and she texted me right back. She normally only does in call but I wanted to meet her on my ground. She had no problem with that. I only had to agree to pay for the taxi when it arrived. She was really that trusting. So my flight gets delayed and I need to push our meeting back and she has no problem with that at all. I arranged 2 hours. She got to my house on time as promised - well sort of she did try to go to my neighbors house first but I was watching and caught her before any damage was done to my already somewhat sketchy reputation in the in the neighborhood. She is really worth it and you should go see her if you get the chance.
